Chickasaw National Recreation Area is just one of the state’s hundreds of water-based recreation areas, centered around Lake of the Arbuckles (tucked against the backdrop of the Arbuckle Mountains). The park offers a unique blend of natural springs, crystal-clear streams, and plenty of hiking trails, campsites, and wildlife-viewing opportunities.
